will provide a money back guarantee if customers are not satisfied
with their product. However, Kidloops.com reserves
the right to impose the following conditions in agreeing to undertake
and guarantee each new Kidloop™.
Conditions of Guarantee
Prospective customers are encouraged to listen to the sample Kidloop™
fragments on this website before they decide to pay for the service
provided by Kidloops.com, see HIT
PARADE. A money back guarantee will be provided to dissatisfied
customers provided that:
- notification
of the intention to return the product is received within 7 days
of its receipt;
- the
customer provides with the initial notification a written account
of the basis for their dissatisfaction; and, the product is returned
within 14 days of its receipt.

Copyrights
You
can play your recording at parties, in the car, or at home. You
own the right to play your Kidloop™ in any
non-commercial situation. For example: if you wish to use your Kidloop™
in an advertisement for children you must consult with Kidloops.com
before doing so.

use of all recordings made by this service.

Artistic Integrity
It
is critical to the process used by Kidloops.com
that the team at Kidloops.com be allowed artistic
integrity to develop each song. In general, the material provided
by customers is used as a starting point to generate the 'feel'
of a new Kidloop™ and it is then an
artistic process that develops the material into a final product.
Customers may
wish to make suggestions concerning the nature or style of the final
product and the samples to be included. However, Kidloops.com
reserves the right to exercise discretion in the selection and use
of any material provided by customers and to the overall style of

Process and Waiting Time
Following
receipt of audio materials from prospective customers, an assessment
will be made to determine that the materials provided are able to
be used.
Kidloops.com will then contact prospective customers
with details for arranging payment in advance and provide an estimation
of the current expected waiting time for the completion of new Kidloops™.
Kidloops.com
reserves the right to provide this information as a guide only and
will aim to adhere to the time estimate as closely as possible without
being bound to it.
On average, the process should take no more than 2 weeks from receipt
of payment to completion of product, plus shipping time. back

Audio Quality
In
order to ensure a high quality product, it is in the interest of
all customers to aim to provide the best audio quality recordings
possible. While much audio material can be manipulated to improve
sound quality, Kidloops.com will exercise its discretion
in determining whether and, how much of the recorded material provided
by customers is useable, particularly where poor quality audio recordings
are provided.
Note:
Refer to RECORDING TIPS to get the best
results.
If the recordings are assessed as unusable, customers are advised
that Kidloops.com will not return copies of recorded
material, nor will the cost of postage be reimbursed.

Audio Quantity
Surprisingly
little material is needed to create fun and effective Kidloops™
and it is often the unintelligible sounds rather than clear sentences
that work well in a song. It depends on the age and personality
of the kids involved. The important thing is that they have their
own sounds, sayings and views.
In
any case, Kidloops.com will exercise its discretion
in determining how much of the recorded material provided by customers
is useable, and whether there is enough material that is useable.
If either the sound quality or quantity is considered to be lacking
as described above, Kidloops.com will contact the
customer by e-mail (or post if necessary) to negotiate the provision
of further material or to cancel arrangements.
